Terms for Receiving Promotional and Informational Mailings
1.1. Эти Условия (далее — «Условия») регулируют порядок предоставления пользователям услуги по получению рекламно‑информационных сообщений (рассылок) от студии видеомонтажа Kosterro Vision, ИП Ласенко Константин Владимирович (ИНН 511008214060) (далее — «Оператор», «мы», «наш»), сайт kosterrovision.pro
1.2. Получатель рассылки (далее — «Пользователь» или «Вы») даёт своё добровольное, информированное и сознательное согласие на получение рекламно‑информационных сообщений при выполнении условий, описанных ниже.
1.3. Под «рекламно‑информационной рассылкой» понимаются сообщения электронного или иного вида (email, СМС, push‑уведомления, мессенджеры и др.), содержащие коммерческую или маркетинговую информацию, акции, специальные предложения, новости Оператора и др.
2. Согласие и его оформление
2.1. Согласие пользователя должно быть получено до начала рассылки. Рассылка без предварительного согласия является нарушением Федерального закона № 38‑ФЗ «О рекламе», статья 18.
2.2. Согласие оформляется явным образом, например, путём проставления галочки (чекбокса) в форме регистрации или подписки, которая не должна быть заранее отмечена пользователем, а также путем заполнения и отправки формы на сайте kosterrovision.pro
3. Отказ от рассылки
3.1. Пользователь вправе отказаться от получения дальнейших рекламно‑информационных сообщений в любое время.
3.2. Отказ может быть реализован через:
— специальную ссылку «Отписаться» в электронных письмах;
— команду «STOP», «СТОП» или аналогичную в СМС или сообщении в мессенджере;
— обращение к Оператору по e‑mail: kosterrovision@yandex.com;
— через личный кабинет сайта, если такая функция предусмотрена.
3.3. После получения отказа Оператор прекращает рассылку в адрес пользователя в разумные сроки.
4. Обязанности Оператора
4.2. Оператор обязуется соблюдать все требования законодательства Российской Федерации, касающиеся рекламной информации, защиты персональных данных и информационных технологий.
4.3. Оператор обеспечивает лёгкую и бесплатную возможность отписаться от рассылки.
4.4. Оператор использует полученные данные Пользователя (электронную почту, номер телефона и т.п.) только для целей, на которые дано согласие, не передаёт их третьим лицам без согласия, кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом.
5. Изменения Условий
5.1. Мы можем вносить изменения в настоящие Условия.
5.2. Новая версия Условий вступает в силу с момента её размещения на сайте или уведомления Пользователя, если иное не указано.

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the procedure for providing users with the service of receiving promotional and informational messages (mailings) from the video editing studio Kosterro Vision, sole proprietor Konstantin Vladimirovich Lasenko (TIN 511008214060) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we", "our"), website kosterrovision.pro.
1.2. The recipient of the mailing (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") gives their voluntary, informed, and conscious consent to receive promotional and informational messages under the conditions described below.
1.3. "Promotional and informational mailing" refers to messages of electronic or other types (email, SMS, push notifications, messengers, etc.) containing commercial or marketing information, promotions, special offers, news of the Operator, and more.
2. Consent and Its Formalization
2.1. User consent must be obtained before the start of the mailing. Sending mailings without prior consent constitutes a violation of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising", Article 18.
2.2. Consent is given explicitly, for example, by checking a box in the registration or subscription form, which must not be pre-checked, as well as by filling out and submitting a form on the website kosterrovision.pro.
3. Unsubscribing from the Mailing
3.1. The User has the right to refuse to receive further promotional and informational messages at any time.
3.2. Unsubscribing can be carried out through:
• — a special "Unsubscribe" link in emails;
• — the command "STOP", "СТОП" or similar in SMS or messenger messages;
• — contacting the Operator via e-mail: kosterrovision@yandex.com;
• — through the website personal account, if such a function is provided.
3.3. After receiving the refusal, the Operator stops sending messages to the user within a reasonable period.
4. Operator Responsibilities
4.1. The Operator undertakes to comply with all requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation concerning advertising information, personal data protection, and information technologies.
4.2. The Operator provides an easy and free option to unsubscribe from the mailing.
4.3. The Operator uses the User's data (email, phone number, etc.) only for the purposes for which consent was given and does not transfer them to third parties without consent, except as provided by law.
5. Changes to the Terms
5.1. We may make changes to these Terms.
5.2. The new version of the Terms comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website or from the moment the User is notified, unless otherwise specified.
